The house is massive, strong and very well-maintained. It comes with a yard - 1000 sq m in size, with cultivated, maintained garden. The house is on two floors with concrete slabs. Each floor is with area of 82 sq m and consists of 3 rooms. There is also a separate attic premise. There is inside bathroom with WC, connected to the sewer line.
