The house is located in a vacation area just outside Vratsa.
The house is after full repairs! Replaced were all windows on both floors. The electrical wiring and plumbing have been replaced. The first floor consists of a kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom and an internal bathroom with a toilet. There is also a large veranda of about 40 sq m at the front of the house. An internal staircase leads to the second floor where there is a bedroom, a corridor and another small room.
All furniture is new! There is internet and TV, installed security cameras.
In the yard there is a well. The size of the yard itself is 1192 sq m, surrounded on all sides by a new fence. There are many fruit trees, an additional farm building, a summer kitchen, and a tank of 1500 liters.
The road leading to the property is accessible all year round.
