The property is located in a large, developed village, just 5 km from the town of Veliko Tarnovo. The house is near the center of the village. It is is built of stone, wooden joists and bricks.
There are two floors in total and the living area is 160 sq m.
On the first floor there is a long and wide corridor, a kitchen, one room and a large basement. The second floor is reached via external stairs. On this floor there are 5 rooms, some of which are transitional. There is also a closet, which was meant for a bathroom / toilet.
The house is supplied with electricity, water and sewerage.
The yard is about 800 m. In it there are two fountains, a deep well, outside toilet, a wagon, which was used as a workshop.
