This is a nice, two-storey, brick house with a new roof and renovated first floor. It is situated in a developed village 18 km west from Veliko Tarnovo.
The house has total living area of 110 sq m and a yard with size 450 sq m. In the yard, there is a garage and a solid wooden gazebo with table for 12 people. The house has outside isolation, plaster and shutters on the windows.
