This is a lovely house near the town of Veliko Tarnovo, with built area of 100 sq m, on three levels – ground floor, first floor and an attic.
The house is built on a plot with size 700 sq m. It was finished in 1991. It has very strong reinforced concrete structure and brick walls. The property has electricity, water, sewer, telephone and cable TV.
The area is quiet and peaceful, with newly paved streets and very good neighbors.
