We would like to offer you this well preserved and maintained house for sale, located in a village only at 11 km from Varna. Most houses in the village are inhabited year-round. There is a regular bus service to the city and the trip takes no more than 15-20 minutes.

The garden is very well maintained. There are many different types of fruit trees, large vine over the entire front yard. There are lots of vegetables, shaped flower gardens. There is an outdoor fountain and a second external bathroom. In the yard there is an additional agricultural outbuilding.

There is electricity and water. The village has no central sewerage, so each house has a septic tank.
