The property is located in a peaceful village north-west from the city of Varna. It consists of a plot of land with size 930 sq m, and a house with living area 90 sq m. It is in about 15-20 minutes drive from Varna and the airport (25 km) through the main road towards Dobrich. After 18-20 km on the main road turn left and then another 5 km to the village.

The property itself is almost at the beginning of the village and about 400 m from the center. It is next to an asphalted road - the main road which enters the village.

The house is old, two-storey stone built. It was built in the late 20s of the XX century. The walls are very well preserved. The ground floor has a large premise used as a living room, next to it there is another smaller room - kitchen and a third large room used as a warehouse. On the second floor the distribution is the same, with two large bedrooms and one smaller in the middle.

When renovating the house the small rooms on the first and second floors can be rearranged in to inner bathrooms or WC. There is electricity and water inside and outside the house. No problem to install a phone (previous owners had one).
