This is an old rural house for sale located in small village north from Varna. The village is included in the municipality of Aksakovo, Varna district. It lies 32 km from the city of Varna and around 20 km from the International airport.
The house needs major repairs. It was not used for 3 years. The year of construction is 1950. The size of the building is 70 sq m and the yard is 1500 sq m. The property is located at the end of the village.
