The house is located 5 km from the town of Targovishte.
The building is in good condition and fully livable. It consists of a bedroom with an entrance hall, kitchen, tavern, bathroom and a toilet. All rooms are interconnected with a small corridor. The tavern is finished in the traditional Bulgarian style and has a brick fireplace. The bathroom has a bathtub.
On the side to the house, there is a summer kitchen with a furnace. The total living area of all the premises is about 50 sq m.
The property has its own water source, a well and electricity supply. The whole yard area is about an acre (1000 sq m.). In the yard, there is a greenhouse and some additional farm buildings.
The house has not been inhabited for years and both rooms and the yard need maintenance.
