This property is located in a large village in south-eastern Bulgaria, close to the resorts Nessebar and Sunny Beach. The village belongs to the municipality of Pomorie, Bourgas district. It is at the distance of 25 km from the Bourgas International airport and 18 km from Sunny Beach. The village comprises around 1200 inhabitants. It has easy access during the whole year and regular public transport to Burgas and Nessebar.
