The house is located in a picturesque village with clean mountain air, 47 km east from the town of Veliko Tarnovo, 10 km from the highway Sofia-Varna and 9 km from the town of Strazhitsa.
The village has two shops, a park, a town hall, a post office, a medical center, doctor’s office and quality asphalted roads.
