Our next offer is for a nice rural house located in a picturesque village included n the municipality of Sredets, Bourgas region. The village is 50 km from Bourgas and 22 km from Sredets. The village is gipsy free. It is small and beautiful, calm and peaceful with amazing nature.
The house is very well maintained. The roof has been replaced completely around 10 years ago. One of the rooms is with concrete plate, the rest are finished with wood but are in perfect condition.
The house is ready to move in. There is no inner bathroom, but there is possibility to build one at the end of the corridor. It consists of four large rooms on the second floor with large and wide corridor at which's end there is a terrace. At the front side there is also another balcony.
