The house is situated in a beautiful village at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, near the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia. The village is included in the municipality of Gorna Malina, Sofia district. It lies 44 km east from the capital, on the main road connecting Sofia and Burgas.
The property is close to the center of the village and near all communications and amenities. It is connected to electricity, water and sewer. The house has entirely new roof and has been partly renovated.
