This small and cozy rural house is situated in a picturesque village in western Bulgaria, part of Svoge municipality, Sofia district. The property is about 25 km north of Sofia, and 15 km southeast of Svoge.
The house is single storied, comprising total living area of 60 sq m and consists of two rooms, living room with kitchen box, bathroom with WC and also another outside toilet.
