This is a lovely villa for sale, located only in a short drive to the north from Sofia City. The property is set in a cozy village in between the capital and the town of Svoge. The village belongs to the municipality of Svoge, Sofia district.
The villa is at 35 km from Sofia in the Iskar Gorge. It is 4 km up in the mountain and it cannot be accessed with a regular car. You will need a jeep half of the way. The property is terraced.
