It is a two-storey, solid house, situated about 17 km from the town of Sevlievo. The distribution of the premises inside the house is the following:
First floor - bathroom with WC, living room with kitchen, bedroom and a storage room. An external staircase with a panoramic terrace leading to the second floor where there is a large transitional room leading to two bedrooms. There is also a possibility of building a bathroom with a toilet. The total living area is 59 sq m.
