We are offering a house for sale, with a yard in a village near Sevlievo.
The offered property is located 14 km away from the town of Sevlievo and 18 km from the town of Gabrovo. The property consists of a yard with an area of 1600 square meters, a two-storey house with an area of 230 square meters, two-storey farm building, a barn and another old two-storey house. A stone fence surrounds the whole property.
The distribution of the premises inside the house is the following:
First floor - corridor, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms;
Second floor - internal staircase and three bedrooms.
On the ground floor – basement of about 30 square meters.
There are no transition between the rooms. The house is in good condition, but not well maintained. There is electricity and water, external toilet.
