The offered cottage is situated in a quiet villa zone, in the vicinity to the town of Ruse. This is a very quiet and peaceful place. There are permanent residents from either side of the property.
The house has electricity but no running water. Although there are ground waters and a well could be easily dug out. The neighboring houses on both sides have wells, and at the distance of 100 meters there is a large fountain with drinking water.
