This is a lovely brick house with a swimming pool, located in northern Bulgaria, Popovo municipality.
The property is situated in a small, quiet village about 15 km from Popovo. The house is finished in the traditional Bulgarian Revival style. It is decorated with unique carving as seen on the photos.
The total living area is 100 sq m and the size of the yard is 500 sq m. The house has two floors and the following distribution of the premises inside:
The first floor consists of a garage that has been turned into a kitchen/dining room, a small living room and a bedroom,as well as a storage room and a bathroom. The second floor has a big living room and 2 bedrooms, also a big covered terrace.
The interior of the house is almost entirely finished with wood,with some handcarved details.
Outside in the yard there is a storage and an an outside bathroom. The house also has a pool,a barbeque,a furnace, a well,water collection tank and a septic tank.
