The house is located in a peaceful village in Sadovo municipality, 27 km from Plovdiv, 14 km from the town of Asenovgrad.
It is a brick house on 2 floors with total living area of 128 sq m. It is built on a plot of land with size 2540 sq m, surrounded by a network. The distribution inside is as follows: first floor consists of an entrance hall, a large room and a kitchen, no flooring. Second floor comprises of an entrance hall and three separate rooms, wooden flooring. Each floor has a separate entrance.
The house is partly renovated from the outside: new roof, fully replaced with new beams and tiles, new PVC windows and security doors on each floor. Inside the house heeds total renovation. There is also an additional outbuilding that can be used as a bathroom or laundry room.
There is currently no sewerage system, only a septic tank. There is no water inside the house. The water meter is new with new pipes to it. There is electricity, new meter, with separate boards for each floor.
