This is a splendid rural house, located in the Bulgarian countryside, north of Plovdiv.
The house is set in a well-developed village with population of about 350 inhabitants. The village is included in the municipality of Suedinenie, Plovdiv district. The distance to the city of Plovdiv is 30 km. Nearby there is a lake, where you can fish.
The property is situated on the main road in the village, in close vicinity to the town hall and the grocery stores. The house has total living area of 100 sq m, built on a plot with size 1330 sq m.
The house consists of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, lounge and a bathroom with WC. It also comprises with a huge verandah – 24 sq m. Under the house there is a basement – 20 sq m.
The yard is planted with numerous fruit trees. There is a fountain and a drill for irrigational water.
