This is an offer for a new, rural house for sale, located close to Plovdiv and Chirpan. The house is situated in a well-developed village with good infrastructure.
The settlement lies 20 km from Chirpan and 50 km from Plovdiv. It has fast and easy access to both of these towns via the Trakia highway. The highway is only two km south from the village. There is regular public transport to every direction.
