The offered house is situated in a large village in northern Bulgaria, near the banks of Iskar River in Pleven region.
The village lies 11 km north from the town of Iskar and 34 km northwest from the town of Pleven. The capital of Sofia is at the distance of 156 kmt. The village is well maintained and has asphalted streets and street lighting. There are all communications - water and electricity, mobile operator coverage, regular bus transportation.
The house has total living area of 70 sq m distributed on one residential floor and the parcel is 800 sq m in size. The property borders one of the parks in the village.
