This property is located in a small town in north - central Bulgaria, Pleven district.
In the last year the house has been completely refurbished from top to bottom and is in excellent condition right now. It has two floors and an internal wooden staircase, outside access is available from both floors. It also comes with all fixtures and fitting, beds, furniture, washing machine, fridge, everything the new owner needs.
On the ground floor there is a sitting room, kitchen, a utility room and a hallway. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, cooking hob, extractor fan, fridge, table and chairs and a corner sofa. The sitting room has a sofa bed, TV cabinet and a big wood burning stove that heats the ground floor. The utility room has the original old sink from when the house was built, hot and cold water, a boiler and a washing machine. In the hallway there are stairs, place for wood storage and a door leading outside. The whole of the ground floor is done with ceramic tiles and all the woodwork, doors, door frames and windows are original, they have been stripped of paints and stained and varnished.

The main bedroom also has a small wood burning stove fitted. The wet room is beautiful with all new fixtures. The hallway is where again you have a door leading to the outside. On this floor all the floors are the original old wooden ones, again cleaned down stained and varnished, the windows, doors and door frames are again original, cleaned stained and varnished.
The house has all new plumbing and electrics. There is a security system fitted and connected to the local COT company. The two outside doors are new with high insulation and five point locking.
The house sits in a plot of land 2700 sq m in size and could be split. A new wall has been built to the front and to the side, the other boundaries are wire fenced. A small area has been put into gardens and lawns, the remainder is grass. There are a few fruit trees and a big walnut tree which shades the house from the sun during the summer. The house has good road access, mains water and electric.
The town has many shops, restaurants and bars. The train and bus stations make getting to and from the town easy.
