The house is located in a picturesque village in proximity to Iskar River and close to Danube. It is includes in the municipality of Dolna Mitropolia, Pleven district and is situated around 30 km from Pleven.
The house is located in the center of the village on the main road. It is after a complete renovation and has new electrical and water installations.
