We offer to your attention a property for sale in a resort area in Pernik municipality. It is 7 km to the east of town of Pernik and 17 km west from Sofia. The village lies in the south-western foothills of Vitosha Mountain.
The village is well developed. It is known for its mineral springs (28.9 C) and has hotels, rest homes, catering establishments, 3 open-air swimming pools and because is very close to Sofia it is a prefered place for recreation during the summer.
