The house is located in а lively village part of the municipality of Parvomay, Plovdiv district. The village is located about 55 km from the city of Plovdiv, in a quiet and peaceful place, with fresh air and a lovely view of Mount Dragoina.
The house has a total living area of 100 sq m, which is distributed between two floors. On the first floor it has three bedrooms, a large living room and a separate kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor there are two rooms and a large corridor. The house was well maintained, with replaced window frames, however, it needs additional repairs.
The yard is quite large, well-maintained, with enough space to plant crops, vineyards, fruit trees and walnuts.
In the yard there is a garage with an area of about 25 sq.m., as well as additional outbuildings.
