This is a house for sale, located at the foot of the northern slopes of Stara Planina Mountain, near the town of Ugarchin in Lovech municipality.

The property is situated in a small, quiet village only about 1 km from the main road Sofia - Varna, 25 km from the town of Lovech and 130 km from Sofia. The village is nicely arranged with good infrastructure and easy access during the whole year. The nearby dam of Sopot and the highway connecting Sofia and Varna makes it a preferred place for vacation or for permanent living.
