The property is located in a village in the eastern part of the Rhodopi Mountains in south-central Bulgaria and is included in the municipality of Haskovo. It is situated 25 km away from both - Kardzhali and Haskovo. The village has all necessary communications and amenities. Nearby there is a large Dam with conditions for fishing and boating.
