The house is situated in the center of a small town included in Haskovo district. The town is located in south-central Bulgaria on the banks of the Maritsa River. It is 33 km away from the district center - town of Haskovo, 25 km from Dimitrovgrad, and 50 km from the Greek border.
The town has very well developed infrastructure and comprises all necessary amenities and communications. There are schools, kindergartens, bars, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Regular public transport provides fast and easy access at any time.
The house consists of two residential floors and a basement. It comprises total living area of 150 sq m and is built on a plot of land with size - 1500 sq m. There are two separate entrances to the house and two balconies for each floor. Two of the balconies are glazed.
