The house is located in a small village in immediate vicinity to the main highway leading to Turkey. The village is part of Harmanlii municipality, Haskovo region. It is in between Haskovo and the Turkish border, 7 km away from Harmanlii.
The house is built from brick and stone. There is bathroom with WC - also brick made. The residential building is 60 sq m n size. The soil is perfect fro growing crops, such as melons, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, pumpkins, etc. The property is located near the center of the village, close to the town hall, the church and shops.
