We bring to your attention a house located in a picturesque village close to the Turkish and Greek borders. The settlement takes part in the municipality of Harmanli, district of Haskovo. It is in immediate vicinity to the main road connecting Turkey and Greece to Sofia.
The house has three large rooms, a corridor, a room for a bathroom with WC and a terrace. Adjacent to the house there is a summer kitchen consisting of a corridor, tavern and a room for a bathroom with WC.
Both the house and the summer kitchen were fully renovated, including the roofs. The buildings are fitted with 5cm isolation and silicon plaster, four season 5-chamber PVC windows. The house is equipped with a new staircase to the second floor.
In the yard, there is another building – farm building on two floors, for repairs. Its area is 50 sq m. There is also a well. The total size of the yard is 655 sq m.
