The village is included in the municipality of Tervel, Dobrich district. It is set at the distance of 60 km from Dobrich on 17 km from the town of Tervel. The town of Balchik and the sea is at 84 km.

In adjacent building there is a large kitchen and a terrace. There are few additional agricultural buildings in the yard.

The roof needs to be repaired also the ceilings inside the rooms. The floors are concrete. In the kitchen there is a sink ad tiles but no water spent. It has never been used. There is no bathroom. The WC is outside. In the yard there are lots of fruit trees.
