This is a cheap, rural house for sale, located in a quiet village in north-eastern Bulgaria.
The village is included in the municipality of Tervel, Dobrich district. It is set at the distance of 60 km from Dobrich on 17 km from the town of Tervel. The town of Balchik and the sea is at 84 km.
