Two-storey house in the center of a beautiful village 85 km south-west from Varna and 75 km north-west from Burgas.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms with PVC window frames, bathroom with WC, equipped kitchen with dining room and a tavern with fireplace and air conditioner.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with PVC joinery, bathroom with WC. One of the bedrooms also has a sink.
In the yard, there is a summer gazebo, oven, barbecue, outside toilet, three parking spaces, pear and plum trees.
There are three grocery stores in the village. There is also a new sports complex with gym, tennis tables, football and tennis courts.
The nature in the area is phenomenal. Nearby is the Tsonevo Dam, Chudnite Skali, the cave Marcheta Dupka, Stara Planina Mountain with its numerous natural springs.
