The house is located in a small settlement right next to the town of Bulgarovo. The road leading to the house is not entirely gravelled, but there is year-round access, even in wet weather. The property is extremely suitable for families with children. There are families with children next door.
The house has two floors distributed as follows:
The ground floor has 2 rooms - 3x4m and 2x10m (suitable for a boiler room or a storage).
First floor - terrace 1.7x5.5m, entrance hall 3x2m, one room 3x3m, second room 3.2x5m.
Second floor – one room 5x5m + a terrace with wonderful views.
The yard has an area of 1800 sq m. In the garden there is a huge walnut and a smaller one. There are other fruit trees as well. There is an old vineyard that needs to be cleared.
