The house is located in the central part of town near all necessary amenities and communications. In immediate vicinity there is a grocery store.
The house is two-story, with a total living area of 150 sq m and has a spacious yard of 400 sq m. The building has stone foundations, brick walls, and timber roof. The layout inside is the following:
Basement - three separate rooms, no leaks.
First floor - kitchen, laundry room, living room, guest room, entrance hall, stairs to the basement and the second floor, and a bedroom. Adjacent to the house there is also a summer kitchen.
Second floor – storage room, laundry room, hallway, bedroom, second bedroom with a terrace, stairs to the attic.
The house is supplied with electricity, water, sewer and gas. There are parking spaces in the yard.
