We bring to your attention a house located in the town of Sevlievo.
The house has two floors. The first consists of two rooms with a bathroom, toilet and a basement. There are two more rooms on the second floor. There is also a summer kitchen. The house is equipped with local heating, but it was not used for over 10 years. The two rooms on the first floor have been renovated. They are heated via wood burners. The rooms on the second floor require complete renovation.
The yard is quite spacious. In it there is a garage with a large storage room (40 sq m), an external toilet and several farm buildings (9 sq m). There is also a well with a pump, which is used for watering the garden.
The house is for sale with a large portion of the furniture (excluding the TVs and some of the electrical appliances).
