The house is two-story, with a total living area of 160 sq m – 80 sq m per floor. It was built on year 1970. The size of the parcel is 700 sq m.
The distribution of the premises inside is as follows:
- Basement floor - a room meant for a tavern, a large bathroom, another room where the gas boiler will be installed.
- First floor - corridor, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
- Second floor – attic space.
The house is currently undergoing renovations. It has a brand-new roof with Tondah tiles, new German PVC windows 6 chamber, external insulation - 10 cm, silicone plaster - light gray.
