The house was built in 1958 but was fully renovated in 2015. After the renovation it was used as a guest house, but it is also suitable for personal residence. The house has three floors and total living area of 200 sq m. The distribution inside is as follows:

All of the furniture in the house is made of wood, made by local carpenters. There are unforgettable views in every direction. The area is quiet and peaceful.
