This is a fully renovated, Revival-style house, located in a beautiful mountain village near Smolyan. The property is 1.5 km from the village Koshnitsa and 10 km from the village Arda. The town of Smolyan is at 12 km and the famous ski resort Pamporovo – at 26 km.

The house was built in 1958 but was fully renovated in 2015. After the renovation it was used as a guest house, but it is also suitable for personal residence. The house has three floors and total living area of 200 sq m. The distribution inside is as follows:

All of the furniture in the house is made of wood, made by local carpenters. There are unforgettable views in every direction. The area is quiet and peaceful.
