The house is located in a cottage area near Vratsa. It is about 200 m from a main road. The last 20 meters to the house is a dirt road, but in good condition.
The house has an area of 120 sq m. It is built on a plot with size 800 sq m. There are three floors in total:
On the first floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Both the second and third floor consist of one bedroom with an entrance hall and a large panoramic terrace on each.
