The house is located in the northern part of Varna city, 50 meters from the main road to Kamenar. It was built in 2012 and is fully finished with the exception of the outside paint. The previous owner had intended to do stone decoration of the exterior walls before deciding to sell it. The house is fully furnished and currently inhabited.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the bedroom. Both bathrooms have massage showers, and in the bigger one there is a bathtub. The living room is about 50 sq m with fireplace that can heat the entire house. There is also an air conditioner in the living room. The kitchen is separated. There is also a 10 sq m veranda.
