The house is located in an attractive place in the area of House Mladost, in Troshevo area of Varna City.
Troshevo quarter is situated north from the Police Academy and to the east it reaches all the way to the, so called, circus place. When entering Varna from Hemus highway the quarter remains to the left. There are two malls in the neighborhood, a Technopolis Hypermarket, the Varna Towers.
