The villa is on 2 floors built on a plot of land with size 2000 sq m. It is suitable for vacation or for permanent living through out the whole year. It is connected to all communications - electricity, water inside and outside. There is inner bathroom with WC, open air swimming pool, barbeque, isolation. The property sits on an asphalted road.
The living area is distributed between a ground floor comprising of a basement - 6 sq m. The first floor has an area of 40 sq m and consists of a large room with dining area, bedroom with kitchen box, bathroom with WC and a large terrace - 25 sq m. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a terrace. In the yard there is also a well for irrigational needs.
The area is very quiet. There are people permanently living in the neighborhood. The house is facing north, excellent view.
