The house was built around 1989 - 1990. It is brick construction, on three floors. The property is located in a developed village in northwestern Bulgaria, in the municipality of Krivodol, region of Vratsa.
There are three residential floors, plus an unfinished attic space with a terrace. The distribution of the rooms inside is as follows:
First floor - garage and two separate rooms with air conditioning and bathroom with sink.
Second floor - large living room, kitchen with dining room and bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Third floor - three bedrooms, one of which is transitional to the other two and a terrace in one of the rooms.
Internal staircase connects all floors. Another external staircase leads only to the second floor. The parcel is slopped.
This is a very quiet and peaceful place perfect not only for vacation, but also for permanent living. There is a spring near the property.
