The offered house is located in a nice village in Veliko Tarnovo Municipality - 5 km southwest from Veliko Tarnovo, 224 km from Sofia and 229 km from Varna.
The village has around 1000 inhabitants and in the past years it’s merely accepted as a neighborhood of Veliko Tarnovo, because most of its residents work in the city. There is regular urban and school transport to Veliko Tarnovo. There are also a village-hall, a day nursery, school, retired and disabled clubs, library, shop and a pub.
The house has a very good location in the village. It is reached via an asphalt road. It is near the center of the settlement, where there is a bus stop, a grocery store and a kindergarten.
The layout inside the house comprises of two floors.
- First floor - kitchen + basement.
- Second floor - three bedrooms.
