The house is located in a village in Pomorie Municipality, Burgas district.
The village is very picturesque. It is only 25 km from the famous Sunny Beach resort, 35 km from the town of Pomorie and 45 km from the city of Burgas. The settlement has a very successful rural and eco-tourism developing here.
