Solid, two-storey stone-and-brick house located in a picturesque village close to Sevlievo. The village lies 176 km from Sofia and 17 km from the main road Sofia - Varna. It consists of a total of five rooms, one kitchen and two bathrooms.
The first floor is made of stone, comprising of four premises:
Kitchen – renovated and furnished, ready to use; large tavern type with wooden beams and stone walls, partially renovated; room; a premise intended for a bathroom; an internal staircase to the second floor.
The second floor is made of bricks, with four premises:
Bedroom, about 12 sq.m, fully renovated and furnished; second bedroom, about 14 sq m, completely renovated and partially furnished; bathroom; living room, on 2 levels lined with stone, semi-renovated (45 sq m); a corridor.
The yard is flat, 1999 square meters, maintained, with grass and fruit trees. It is surrounded by a solid stone wall with a large iron gate. There is a well and a septic tank.
The village has a permanent population of over 400 people. It is about 10 km west from the Alexander Stamboliyski Dam. There are two more dams, one in the village itself. The area is extremely peaceful, developed and communicative.
