The house is situated in village, part of Oryahovo Municipality, Vratsa Province. It is 19 km away from Oryahovo town, 80 km from Vratsa and 160 km from the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport. All amenities are located within 300-400 m.
The house is brick-built and double-storied. It has a living area of 150 sq.m. The first floor has two basements and a room. The second floor comprises of three bedrooms, hallway and an entrance hall.
In the yard, there is a summer kitchen with two bedrooms and an old bathroom. The bathroom needs work. The house inside needs only refreshment. The roof is in good condition and there is no need for it to be repaired in the next 10-15 years. Electricity and water supply are connected.
