The property is situated in a village in northern Bulgaria, Ugarchin municipality, Lovech district.
The settlement has a mountainous relief. It borders the town of Ugarchin to the north and the village of Sopot to the east. It lies 5 km from the highway Sofia - Varna. In the village there is a river and 4 km to the west, there is a wonderful waterfall with a height of 6 m and a beautiful pool below it.
The house is on two floors. It is brick construction, finished in year 1950. The condition is good, but it requires refreshment. The total living area is 80 sq m.
In the yard there is a solid agricultural building on two floors with a size of 40 sq m., and there is also an additional farm building - a shed.
The yard itself is quite large, having an area of 1500 sq m.
