We bring to your attention a newly built hotel complex located in the mountains. The complex consists of a two-storey hotel building and two houses for rent. The property is located in Tsigov Chark mountain resort, next to Batak Lake.
The complex is situated about 1 km away from the center of the resort in immediate proximity to the main road and 300 m from the shore of the Batak Dam. It is also 500 m away from the ski slope in the area. The complex has good visibility from the main road that connects the town of Batak with Rakitovo and Velingrad.
The hotel has six double rooms, one apartment and two studios. Each of the two completely detached houses consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sauna and a spacious living room with a kitchen. Each house has its own terrace and a barbecue. On the first floor of the hotel is a spacious restaurant for 100 people and a conference room, both with wonderful lake views. There is also a reception, a sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and indoor pool.
The land area is of 1225 sq m. The total living area is 1152.45 sq m. The heating is provided with a pallet boiler. The water is heated by two huge boilers. The pool is also heated by the boiler.
